Georgian Revival

This 1900 Georgian Revival underwent a major renovation starting in 2012; indeed, all but two rooms in this expansive property were gutted and refinished.
Inside, the electrical was completely updated and an all new geothermal HVAC system, a rarity for a city property like this, was installed.
The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were all redone and a custom wine cellar and gym were both added to the residence. Featured throughout the house is custom millwork, the centerpiece of which is the study: encased in custom cherry, this room accents the home's otherwise airy quality. A two-sided fireplace separating the sitting room and kitchen also features, along with marble countertops, hardwood floors, and myriad new windows that show off the property's State House views.
Outside, this historic property received all new landscaping and hardscaping; currently, greenhouse is currently being completed on the adjoining lot.
