General Contractors & Construction Managers

PCCI serves as a general contractor/construction manager for residential and commercial renovations, new construction, as well as historic restoration projects. The Parker Construction management model blends aspects and principles of traditional commercial and residential construction management in order to achieve maximum efficiency as well as provide an extraordinary focus and attention to detail.

Each project that Parker Construction takes on is assigned both a project manager and a project foreman. The project manager manages the project schedule, budget, and all invoicing. The foreman manages the project job site on a day to day basis. Parker Construction foremen only work on one project at a time so they are focused and dedicated to only that projects success. The foreman is on the project from the beginning through the client services hand off process and punchlist. Parker Construction believes that in order to achieve success on all projects consistent management is a true cornerstone.
