Even though we were living 1,400 miles away and were only able to visit the site twice during the project, we felt like we were participating in all the key decisions. They worked on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays to meet our deadline and no detail was overlooked nor considered insignificant.

PCCI’s Project Management team has mastered creating project schedules that allow our clients to not only understand the construction process but to also become active participants in its completion. This level of interaction between builder and client is the linchpin of the Parker Difference.

One of our most unique aspects is our capability to work throughout the winter season. By building a temporary enclosure around our job sites, we are able to work through the harsh New England weather, opening our construction schedule to 12 months a year.
