GREAT WOODS

cabinets by Thompson Pistocco. Counters and floors are covered with
natural stone and the fittings and fixtures are of the highest quality.

Thomas Jenckes House
The magnificent Thomas Jenckes House (1856) is
being transformed into four fully appointed condominiums. Parker
Thompson is the General Contractor and Construction Manager and
Arris Design, Inc., a Providence based Architectural Company is
the Architect.
The location is the historic corner of Benefit
and Angell Streets, an outstanding site adjacent to both College
Hill and Downtown Providence.
Each Unit will have two bedrooms, two full bathrooms,
living & dining rooms, professional kitchen, laundry facilities,
parking for two automobiles, and private access via elevator.
The historic details of the original home are being
restored to their original grandeur and twenty-first century technology
is being introduced in the form of state-of-the-art heating, air-conditioning,
